Shipping Policy

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most orders have an estimated delivery of 7-14 days from Arlington, TX or Houston, TX

Shipping Rates

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35

FLAT RATE SHIPPING $8.95 on all orders under $35

Most of the time, shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS

 

Weather advisory

During very warm weather, SHCO products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. This is unfortunate and melting is a natural reaction to heat that we cannot control during transit. It is a challenge we have given careful thought. As a solution for shipments you may receive on warm or sunny days, please refrigerate BEFORE opening the jars or tins. If you open them, they may spill out and make a mess. This refrigeration will not affect the quality of your shipped hand and body creams, butters or moisturizers, however the consistency may change. For your sugar scrubs, please place them  in the refrigerator until firm, stir and enjoy!


Return & Exchange Policy

Generally, we do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

We gladly accept exchanges.

·       Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

·       Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

·       Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned to us in its original

        container, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The following items cannot be returned

Due to the nature of these personal care items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. This includes custom or personalized orders such as the bath caddy, and skincare items such as lip balms, body butters, lotion bars, sugar scrubs, bath salts & bath tea, bubble bath /body wash, hand and body cream, facial wash or moisturizers due to health/hygiene reasons.

 

Please contact us if you receive damaged items or believe your item has been lost in the mail. We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues. However, please keep in mind that once we ship the item, it is out of our control as to how long it takes to arrive when unforeseen circumstances arise. Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer as a courtesy. Full refunds for lost or missing shipments cannot be made to the customer.
